ABOUT ME
Hi, I'm Alexander

WHERE I COME FROM
I come from Oak Park, Illinois — a diverse and vibrant community that instilled in me the values of resilience, service, and connection. As an African American man, I’ve carried those principles throughout my life and over two decades in the communications industry, following my graduation from Northwestern University in 1997.

My family's journey from Haiti to Chicago laid a strong foundation of leadership and legacy. My father served in the U.S. Army, and relatives went on to manage the Chicago Field Museum, become State Supreme Court Justices, and contribute to Chicago’s architectural landscape.

Above all, raising three sons as a father has been my most meaningful role. Today, they are accomplished young men who lead with purpose, integrity, and compassion — a reflection of the values we shared.

Helping people remains at the heart of my mission. I view these experiences as tools to build trust, empower others, and create a lasting impact.
A THRIVING CAREER
From an early age, I’ve been driven by purpose and leadership. At 10, I became a Young Democrat in Chicago’s 37th Ward and proudly served as campaign manager for my mother’s bid for Illinois State Representative, which she narrowly lost by just four votes.
By 16, I launched Secure Safe IDs, a business creating ID cards for children and registering them with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

That entrepreneurial spirit carried into leadership roles in the automotive sector, where I managed dealerships and secured fleet contracts with the U.S. Department of Transportation.
After graduating from college a year early, I began a two-decade career at AT&T, progressing from service representative to director, while leading teams, projects, and training initiatives.
Today, I apply the values and insights gained from my journey to help others achieve meaningful, lasting success through mentorship, leadership, and impact-driven work.
MISSION STATEMENT
Equality Meets Opportunity
My mission is to help businesses succeed by creating environments where equality meets opportunity — where diverse talent is empowered, innovation is driven by inclusion, and leadership is grounded in purpose. With a foundation built on decades of corporate experience, entrepreneurship, and community service, I partner with organizations to unlock the full potential of their people and processes. By fostering a culture of equity, accountability, and forward-thinking strategy, I help businesses not only grow — but thrive in ways that are sustainable, impactful, and socially responsible.
